Women eventually realized that they have so many obvious privileges over men that contradict feminism’s narrative and can be used to undermine its premise, so in order to reconcile their privileges with their oppression narrative, they fabricated the notion that these privileges actually prove misogyny because they stem from demeaning views of women.

Nobody really believes that benevolent sexism exists. No woman does, no feminist does. The idea is merely a strategy to downplay misandry and deny female privilege.

If women really thought that chivalry and their countless other systemic privileges were misogyny, they would be fighting against them, not defending and demanding them everyday. As a matter of fact, women actually call men misogynistic for pointing out these privileges and declaring that they should end. If these privileges are misogyny, it’s not also misogyny to take them away. More proof that misogyny is bullshit.
